These are images of the back yard. Unlike most of the spec homes CW Custom Home Builders built, they decided a retaining wall was not needed. Instead, the family was stuck with this eye-sore that they will now have to remove and replace at significant cost to them. Never were they asked if we would like to pay for the wall, or given any options at all. Rather, they were simply surprised one day to find this safety hazard in their back yard.
Below: The rocks are already (one month in) sliding down the hill and into my back yard. Clearly this was not a good solution.
Below: Standing water, and soggy ground more than a week after the last rain storm that dropped less than a half inch of rain. |
